By creating an account or using the Strömbot service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of Strömbot ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully.
Strömbot is a Twitch channel management and bot platform that provides, among other things:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Service is intended for personal and commercial use by content creators and their teams. Use of the Service for any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We cannot and will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with the above.
Strömbot offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Enterprise). Plan features and limits are described in the dashboard and on the pricing page.
We reserve the right to change pricing and plan features at any time. Existing license-key holders will receive at least 30 days' notice of material changes to entitlements.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
The Service connects to third-party platforms including Twitch, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective platform's own terms of service and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party platforms.
We do not sell or share your third-party OAuth tokens with any party outside of what is necessary to operate the integration you have enabled.
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you create (commands, timers, notes, scheduled posts, etc.). By uploading content to the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service on your behalf.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Stream analytics figures are estimates and may not be perfectly accurate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice where practicable, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.
Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. If the changes are material, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
